Bobby Bostic is an inspiring storyteller with an amazing story of his own. He captivates audiences with his unique ability to weave narratives filled with raw emotions and vivid imagery. Bobby was sentenced to 241 years in prison for crimes he committed when he was 16 years old. 27 years later, he was released with the help of the public and the very judge who sentenced him. During his time in prison, Bobby realized he needed to change himself and started to write short stories, poetry and books to help others realize the consequences of their actions and to encourage them to make positive choices.
Even though he was living through a hopeless situation, Bobby found hope through the transformative power of storytelling!

About:
Bobby Bostic was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. At the age of 16 years old he committed two armed robberies. He was ultimately sentenced to 241 years in prison. Bobby was determined to never give up and he began to embark on a long journey to find himself.
Bobby started reading books. The insight that he learned led him to discover his gift of writing. While in solitary confinement he committed to writing 10 poems a day and soon he had enough material to create a volume of poetry. In tribute to his late mother and all single mothers, he wrote her biography: “Dear Mama: The Life and Struggles of A Single Mother”.
